I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. This was my first telehealth experience. The provider was very professional and listened to my symptoms. She asked what medications worked best for me in the past as my diagnosis was one I have had many times. I appreciated her consideration of me. Will definitely use this provider again if I have a need in the future.

LRUC has been the only place that has consistently helped me, especially through covid. The wait time is long, but worth it. They use the best researched methods, are methodical and patient. When the hospital discharged me and home care never came out, the doctors here even helped me with notes for work. Anyone with some decent patience will benefit from the care here.

Dr. Melanie Simpson was top notch I couldn't ask for a better person and loving heart with bedside manner of the best of the best gaurdian Angels. She actually takes the time to listen understands when your scared and walks you through what may be one the scariest things in your life. I don't know if I would have been up for such a fight with my diagnosises if I didn't have her there rooting for me all the way. She even pulled my kids and husband aside to answer any questions or calm some fears. Thank you for all your hard and amazing work.
