Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office.
