And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person. Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
