Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

As a recommendation from my insurance company, I need one to go to an urgent care and it was my insurance company. I found this one. They are very courteous polite on time checking in is really simple. All questions are answered and your needs are taken care of. I would recommend them if the needs should arrive.
