I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. Fantastic experience! PCP had no appointments before the weekend. I was pretty sure I had an UTI. Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up. I was able to give my sample before the appointment even began. Megan was wonderful! She is a gem! Keep her at all costs! Great front desk service welcome and the medical attendants were so sweet. Everyone was engaged and had wonderful bedside manner. So thankful!

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.
