Highly recommend!! I was in & out!! Very nice staff.

Office staff and doctors were amazing!! The MA who cared for both of my children was extremely rude. She interrupted my daughter as she was asking a question for her to take her shoes off. She rolled her eyes several times at us rather than asking questions. When I said we needed paperwork for school she sighed and said it’s going to be a few days before it’s done. Immediately after the provider said no problem we can do it right now. She acted as though we were wasting her time. I witnessed her actions with my daughter and my son reported the same experience. We’ve been coming to Platte River Med for a long time and have never known the staff to treat patients like this.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
