Most doctors offices I have visited I feel like I am putting reception out by even walking in the door, no eye contact, long waits and having to call multiple times just to set an appointment are the norm in my experience. not at Lutheran Spine, I am always greeted within a few minutes of walking in regardless of how busy they are at the moment.
