This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

this office and the amazing doctors and their lovely and friendly staff have saved me from many health incidents . They are warm and genuine ! Which is really important when you’re sick. They are good with follow ups and more than anything they take your condition seriously before it gets worse ! This is my favorite Doctors office and let me tell you I have been to MANY doctors offices due to my conditions. I have been going to Lakeside for at least 20years . I love my Dr. Ruth Karunanthan. She is on top of your health and she is very caring doctor as well as her staff. Irma the assistant is very sweet and kind hearted just like Dr. Karunanthan

I came to Providence Urgent Care at lunchtime and had expected to have a long wait but to my surprise it was only 15 minutes. The reception staff and intake nurse plus Doctor were all professional and efficient. Facilities were very clean.
