Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! Care was as expected. The wait time was pretty long, with 3 people ahead of me. Got to the room and was tested right way. Was the told the test would take 15 minutes and I waited over 30 to get results. I spent about 3 1/2 hours there. The staff did their job nothing more and nothing less. Just seemed like there was a lot of waiting in a freezing cold room, to a point where you wonder if they forgot about you. And I was unable to receive my ibuprofen because the pharmacy said there was no instructions from the prescriber so they told me to just use OTC and no exceed 600mg.
