The PA was kind and non alarming! I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Got seen so quick! Normally ive had to wait over 2+ hours at accelerated urgent care on clinton keith even with an appointment. Carbon health will now be my go to for urgent care! All staff were friendly. The man who took my vitals was nice, the receptionist, and so was the female doctor she was amazing and the appointment didnt feel rushed at all, she took her time with me.

Staff was very friendly and provider was as well. Total time spent there was 2 hours which I feel was excessive for urgent care. I am a retired nurse so very familiar with how things need to flow. Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!
