Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Best place to get your medical needs taken care of ! Staff was all heart and the doctor was very informative and knowledgeable! Dominique was a breath of fresh air very cool!

I had to do a physical/drug screening for a new job and this was the clinic my company is contracted with. I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
