I have no idea why this group's rating is low. I have been here several times they are always polite and give good care. I gave a 4 for wait times because you always wait when you go to the Doctor.

Came here for the first time on 7/7/20, and I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dominic. Dominic was extremely professional, answered all my questions during my visit, and even answered follow up questions when I called a couple of days later. Incidentally, my wife came here the following day, and came home singing Dominic’s praises too. Needless to say, my wife and I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.
