I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Care was as expected. The wait time was pretty long, with 3 people ahead of me. Got to the room and was tested right way. Was the told the test would take 15 minutes and I waited over 30 to get results. I spent about 3 1/2 hours there. The staff did their job nothing more and nothing less. Just seemed like there was a lot of waiting in a freezing cold room, to a point where you wonder if they forgot about you. And I was unable to receive my ibuprofen because the pharmacy said there was no instructions from the prescriber so they told me to just use OTC and no exceed 600mg.
