I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. I arrived at 908 on a Sunday morning and was on my way at 10:00 a.m. PA was thorough and efficient. and was able to diagnose the problem, and provide antibiotics I was feeling better the next day. Three days later, I got a call. This scared me because I have never gotten a call back from urgent care. It was the PA telling me that the cultures had come back and the antibiotic I was taking should do the trick....and how was I feeling? Wow! I don't get that kind of treatment with my primary care docs. Very impressed.
