I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!

I came in because I was experiencing congestion and a cough. I did not have an appointment but was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front office staff was friendly and efficient, as was the PA. The doctor was amazing! She asked for pertinent info and addressed all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate that she made direct eye contact when we spoke and really listened to my concerns. I felt she truly cared and considered what I shared. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FIRST IMPRESSION!

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I’ve been going to urgent care in Rialto, on Riverside Avenue for A couple years now and I decided to write my gratitude. I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit
