I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Had been sick all day and felt horrible, but it was one of those long days at work that you can’t miss. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed nervous that I wouldn’t be seen or they’d be upset about it. It was quite the opposite. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even had to stay a little late to finish up my visit, but nobody seemed to mind, and all cared more that I would feel better soon than the inconvenience I caused them. It was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back when life calls next time.
