Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

This was our first experience with Night Watch. I was able to schedule an appt ahead of time easily. The physician assistant was thorough and didn’t seem rushed at all. I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
