Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!
