Friendly staff, highly sterile environment, emphasis on cleanliness during these trying times. Efficient team communicated so I didn’t have to wait in the office, called me when they were ready for me, and moved me through to get the care I needed.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

Visited for a strained lower back and sciatic pain. Was able to see the Dr fairly quickly. The staff and nurse were great and Dr McElroy also great. Thanks

I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

I didn’t get seen til after 2, but my appt was 115. S with every doctor visit, I wish the timing was realistic. Medical Staff were kind and concise.

There was only one doctor on staff and that caused the long wait.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!
