Quick. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable.

Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!
