I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

Was pretty sure I had a UTI. All staff was friendly and professional and caring. The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. Don’t remember his name, but if I ever have to go to the clinic again, I would love to have him as the attending again! Wouls definitely recommend this provider!
