Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!

Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much. Will continue to use them when we can't get into his peditrian.

My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.
