Normally we don’t wait too long here but we have been here for two hours now and that was with a scheduled appointment! We were here for about an hour before even getting called back. Another hour now and we got asked to do a review and we haven’t even finished our appointment. Time to find a new urgent care.

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

Scheduling was a breeze and chech-in was easy as 123 friendly staff answered all my concerns and care was well addressed with confirmation of the test results to provide me with the best medication that would address my sickness.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.
