          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          My daughter woke up with a sore throat and I was able to get her an appointment the same day. Chen-in was super fast. Staff always welcoming and friendly.           Was a walk in to have my shin splints evaluated.  Check in was straight forward and all staff members courteous and helpful.  Wait time for PA was brief.  PA did a skilled examination.  Good job to all!!
