My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

From checking in to leaving: 5+ stars!  The receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were all very kind and accommodating!

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?
