I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

Nurse Bridget was amazing! Hands down the best NP I’ve ever met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. 100% recommend her.

Normally we don’t wait too long here but we have been here for two hours now and that was with a scheduled appointment! We were here for about an hour before even getting called back. Another hour now and we got asked to do a review and we haven’t even finished our appointment. Time to find a new urgent care.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.
