I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!
