          I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

          I had a health concern earlier in the week so I was able to schedule an appointment the same week. The scheduling was quite easy and when I arrived, I was met with such kindness by the staff.           Had been going to this location for all of our pediatric urgent care needs. Was forced to use our insurance today even though I explained that I wanted to be self pay that way we could use our HSA card which was the exact same amount as a self pay customer. Made for a disappointing experience and lady at the front desk just didn’t seem empathetic at all. Staff in back seemed checked out as well. Moving forward we will choose a different pediatric urgent care company for any future needs. Left really bummed.

          Well I was a walk in I waited awhile but I did get to see the doctor and she was very friendly and professional,the staff was very friendly as well the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful ,so I was very pleased with the service I received I must say that I would refer my family and friends
