          I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better.           I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process.           I took my son, who has special needs) into the urgent care around 2:30 pm on Sunday. We were a walk-in.  The registration process was easy and staff was polite and patient with my son.  The doctor was informative and thorough.           Got in easily . Elbow infected and swollen . Nothing for pain. Needed steroid shot in elbow joint. Was told to ice it and take naproxen. Got worse. In Emergency now they are giving me antibiotics for he infection. Trip there was useless.

          Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.
