My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

They are  good there. I just hate that I wasn’t attended quickly. Waited over an hour in the lobby, but only like five minutes in the waiting room.

Great service from front desk, medical assistant to provider! Scheduling was great and professional service all around.

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

The doctor was rude you can’t understand what she is saying with her low voice and act rude to answer our question

Everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s great to have health care I don’t have to miss work for a routine visit. I’m thankful to have found you guys.

Knowledgeable and friendly .  Felt relieved when we left. Called in prescription and then we were out the door. Will be our” go to place “ in the future. Yes I would recommend them !

It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

Prompt attention for UTI.  Staff friendly and attentive.

Quick check-in process. Staff was very friendly. Had to get a deep cut checked out and glued. Whole process took about 30 minutes.

Scheduling was easy, and check in was convenient.  The staff were professional and kind.  The provider was just okay.  Seemed rushed and the communication was lacking.

Megan and Daniela are great treatment providers... they are knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend this place. The front desk person was quick and responsive and did a great job as well.

I’ve trusted Ciy Doc for several years now. So glad they are in our neighborhood! Top notch all the way! I would definitely recommend!
