          My daughter woke up with a sore throat and I was able to get her an appointment the same day. Chen-in was super fast. Staff always welcoming and friendly.           I took my son, who has special needs) into the urgent care around 2:30 pm on Sunday. We were a walk-in.  The registration process was easy and staff was polite and patient with my son.  The doctor was informative and thorough. She was courious about my son’s condition and listened intently as I explained his disabilities.  It was a good visit.

          Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy, no difficulty at all. Having a difficult toddler that dislikes appointments, the staff was extremely patient and eased my worries. We were in and out within minutes. Thank you to the staff who were just wonderful dealing with my toddler who does not do well with pain and had a meltdown crying.           They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

          I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.
