First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.

First time patient and I was extremely pleased. Online scheduling was very quick and easy. The entire staff were courteous and the doctor was detailed in his examination and explanation; excellent bedside manner. I recommend AFC and  will use them again if needed.

The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

The team was super  nice, informative, and always kept smiling despite there was an emergency with a patient and set everyone behind their appointments. They kept us inform and proceeded quickly and attentive to each one after.

Dr Jose Lara was absolutely professional and provided sound diagnosis and treatment medications.

I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
