I have had to visit several times for covid-related issues. Every single visit I have been greeted and well taken care of. I saw Dr. Owo and Jim Patton FNP. They took their time and listened to me, and they gave me better care than going elsewhere. I can’t say enough kind words about the time and care they gave me. They are all so very awesome! Also I had to have paperwork filled out for work, and Dr. Owo went through it all painstakingly and completed the grueling paperwork! I’m very appreciative of her!

I've been to this facility 3 times already since May, 2019. Always, the personnel are friendly and the medical people make you at ease. To me , this is important especially for a patient. We are in a vulnerable state. Today, I get a follow up phone call from my last visit last 2 days ago. That is really nice of them

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.

Because my ear was clogged up so bad I couldn’t hear. I went to the west Oaks Urgent Care Center and got check in very quick I was in and out less than 30 minute. Everybody was so friendly I knew I was in the right places. My nurse Kris Bondoc he is the best a long with Dr Doliho the MD what an awesome team they have at this clinic. The staff, the attentive care and their fast response dealing with my husband pneumonia and what turned out to be blood clot. They had orders to Methodist, where he was admitted and now back recouping. It really was a life saving experience. They have kept up with us checking on both our progress against this virus. Certainly a "go to" place for healthcare. My only regret is that I didn't write down the names of the fine staff that cared for us.
