          Got in easily . Elbow infected and swollen . Nothing for pain. Needed steroid shot in elbow joint. Was told to ice it and take naproxen. Got worse. In Emergency now they are giving me antibiotics for he infection. Trip there was useless.

          Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.

          Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

          I cut myself with the knife as I was cutting into a spaghetti squash and quickly called someone to take me over to the urgent care. I’m a veteran and the main hospital is far, and that’s the clinic they have that I should go to, so I come here whenever I have something urgent. My wait was only the call she did to verify and that’s it, I was in there and they tended to me, got me blankets because I was so cold and got me stitched up. Great bedside manner and very attentive. Even with the other patients, they made sure they were attentive to them even while being busy.

          Needed surgical clearance for cosmetic surgery- they got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in with no appointment! I am very happy and their pricing was pretty fair compared to other places I called in the area! I will continue to come to this location for any future last minute medical needs.           Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling
