The staff was so friendly and attentive to my needs. The DR informed me well on risk factors and helped tremendously. I’m so thankful for the care I got!

Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made

Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
