I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I needed to get same-day bloodwork to recheck a potentially serious issue indicated by lab results following an annual physical. Called beforehand to see if this could be scheduled and got in right away. I’ve been here several times and am always impressed at how clean it is and how everyone working here is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

My son had a swollen eye and he said it was hurting ,so I scheduled an appointment it was very easy to do. Very quick service and I was very pleased with how everything went,and I will be going back for my family medical care in the future.  Thanks and I will be recommending you to others

Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

Knowledgeable and friendly .  Felt relieved when we left. Called in prescription and then we were out the door. Will be our” go to place “ in the future. Yes I would recommend them !

This is always an easy process. Booking is easy, the wait time is nonexistent, and the service is great.
