This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Roh and the rest of the staff were fantastic from start to finish. Very satisfied with the whole process and Dr. Roh's explanation if everything.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Everyone is friendly. The facility is clean. I hope in the future they have more hours available since Conroe is getting so big.

Traveling from several hours out of town and the ease of getting scheduled, the friendliness of staff, and quick diagnosis made this an incredibly easy process. It can be frustrating and scary to have one of your kiddos come down with something while traveling and UrgentCare For Kids eased alot of those worries. Extremely thankful for them and highly recommend!
