Was a walk in to have my shin splints evaluated.  Check in was straight forward and all staff members courteous and helpful.  Wait time for PA was brief.  PA did a skilled examination.  Good job to all!!

I would like to thank the doctor, the nurse and the receptionist I was feeling really feeling bad and the receptionist finished filling out my paperwork and the nurse took her time to hear how I felt and why, and the doctor went to extra mile to run extra lap work on my problem and I was called back with results, in time that would be expected for someone who . Woke up in the morning knowing I needed to see a doctor after the night before. I called the clinic and was told to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, and the online intake form was quick and simple to complete. Within less than five minutes, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was friendly, took my medical history, and checked my vitals. Sarah, the NP, then examined me and showed genuine concern for my health. She listened to my situation, explained the plan clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient service, and genuine concern for patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

PA was great in overall care and friendly. She was very receptive and informative. I would highly recommend her to others. The receptionist did a superb job in getting my paperwork together and staying with it until it was finished. She was great.

I was a walk in with upper respiratory concerns. I was taken in a very few minutes, the staff was very kind and professional. Dr Zhang was great, he explained the diagnosis and treatment. My prescription was called right away.I would recommend Bellville Urgent care very highly.
