Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

We love NH, we have been seeking care here for 6 years for both our kids. They always get us in quickly and the providers all show compassion and care and solutions for their ailments. Dr. Koehler helped my daughter with a broken arm and several asthma attacks and my son with conjunctivitis and asthma and common illnesses

Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made
