When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. Just make sure and register online before arriving so it can cut down on the waiting time.

Always quick and easy to schedule and get in. Staff is always friendly and patient when needed. The front staff is always professional and helpful.

Had pain in my left foot after a fall. Broke it. Very nice nurse, doctor and xray tech.. bathroom needed attention. No paper towels or hand sanitizer. Needed hand sanitizer and kleenex in waiting room. This will be my go-to non-ER facility. Lots better than Texas Med clinic.

Was able to make an appointment right away. It was the issues I had when trying to pick up the prescription. The other issue, they can print me out a copy of the clinic notes for the visit and I can’t go on the app and get it there either.  Someone need to take a look at this system they have.

Got the appointment time I wanted. Was seen at exactly when my appointment time was. Treated with a  friendly caring staff. My medical issue was quickly resolved.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

I love this office. It’s always clean, staff go 100% out of their way to make sure my children are comfortable. The doctor was very informative and did a thorough check up on my children. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone.

The Nurse Practioner was thorough and explained what she was going to do. Great experience.

Great staff, no wait time, and got results back quickly. I couldn’t do all of what I wanted to do done though, as I was past the time I could do it in.
