          The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.

          We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

          The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          Got in easily . Elbow infected and swollen . Nothing for pain. Needed steroid shot in elbow joint. Was told to ice it and take naproxen. Got worse. In Emergency now they are giving me antibiotics for he infection. Trip there was useless.

          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.
