Kidney infection came on suddenly and I was able to get antibiotics right before the pharmacy closed. The staff was friendly competent and wanted to help. It takes a bit of wading through too much paperwork on the computer and when you are feeling super sick it can be hard to complete.  It sure beats driving though!

Very quick experience being seen by nurse and then Doctor. Rapid flu test run, which was negative and good instructions by MD about medications to take. Probably at facility an hour at most. Facility was very tidy and clean. Personnel helpful, physician, Dr Elizabeth Vasser, professional and really listened to symptoms. Would recommend as Urgent Care facility. They took my insurance and I paid a 50.00 co-pay. Was seen on a Sunday morning as a walk-in.

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. We will be back for any future urgent care needs that may arise!
