I was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. I got in and seen then my medicine sent to the pharmacy in less than an hour. The provider made me feel like I mattered and she was awesome

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Scheduling was a breeze and chech-in was easy as 123 friendly staff answered all my concerns and care was well addressed with confirmation of the test results to provide me with the best medication that would address my sickness.

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

Traveling from several hours out of town and the ease of getting scheduled, the friendliness of staff, and quick diagnosis made this an incredibly easy process. It can be frustrating and scary to have one of your kiddos come down with something while traveling and UrgentCare For Kids eased alot of those worries. Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

Very good care. I could breath better after breathing treatment. All staff were great.
