I went in not knowing what was wrong, but felt like I was dying. The hospital was slammed with people having the flu, but they got me in fast and checked me out. I ended up in ICU having surgery and on heavy IV antibiotics because I had a kidney infection that went septic. They released me 2 days before Christmas luckily, so I could be home with my 4 children. The care and beside manner was excellent. Thank you for saving my life and getting me back home with my children.

First, I am truly sorry that you were disrespected in any form or fashion by any of my staff. If I knew who it was, I can promise you it would be addressed. Disrespect on any level is not tolerated. Second, I'm so truly sorry your precious daughter was turned away. I am normally the only practitioner in the office. I see as many patients as I possibly can. I do have to turn people away, but it's because I just can't see them all. I do not have a limit of 30 a day. I don't feel that is right. So my mission and goal everyday is to see as many as I can and still provide thorough and adequate care without putting anyone at risk. I struggle every day with turning people away because I'm not in it for the money. If I was, I would take everybody and see them and not worry about providing adequate and thorough care.
