I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

Took ill a few days ago and kept getting worse. I was a walk-in, check-in was easy, and was seen immediately. Every person on staff was kind, explaining everything, listening to everything I had to say, offering testing before I suggested them. Very good experience considering how bad I was feeling.

This place is great,it was an ease with scheduling and checking in, the staff is great the only problem for me is the very bright lights and all the loud sounds of the machines for people like me who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks

Took a half hour to fill out forms as this was my first time so didn’t rate the wait time. First time at an urgent care facility so didn’t know what to expect. It was surprisingly very good. Excellent care  all around.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
