Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Everyone was awesome !!! Staff very friendly.  I didn’t feel rushed and I was listened to with my concerns.  Highly recommend.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

Just moved back to Philly. Had a bad fall. Went to ur Urgent Care. Was taken right away and treated right away. They were very thorough. Now that I live near u if anything happens, some sort of emergency, I would definitely go back!

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
