Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in West Chester, PA

Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

I went to urgent care to get an EKG specifically because the website listed that as a service only to get there and find out that’s not the case. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful I just wish the website would be updated so I didn’t waste my time.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

The care as far as the doctor was not helpful or informative with any information make sure you get the right doctor not someone who dont care

Best place to ho if you want the best care.  Love them. Wait time was under 7 minutes,  Remarkable.  The cost has no comparison to others. This place is the very best

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

The front office and the nurses were excellent. However, the doctor that I had, did not have the best bed side manners. I felt like she was very condescending. I was in so much pain and she was not the as considerate as she should have been. She also over talked ma and her tone was not very favorable. I left feeling worst than I did when I came in.  To her defense, I’m not sure if her tone/behavior was a cultural thing and I misread her. I am now on my way to the emergency room.
