I went to urgent care to get an EKG specifically because the website listed that as a service only to get there and find out that’s not the case. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful I just wish the website would be updated so I didn’t waste my time.

Yes Tessa was great 😊 and so was the provider and the entire facility

Everyone one was friendly and professional. I would recommend going there.The best thing I liked was that you can make a appointment on line.

Was in and out before i knew it. Was given great care and was told to call back incase of any questions.

My scheduling was so easy didn’t had any problem at all, went in by 3:00pm and was out by 3:20pm I’m so grateful to meet nice and friendly caring staff !!!!🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I choose and recommend this urgent care above any other because the of the quick easy response and appointment.  Checking in is pleasant quick easy. Staff and care is always professional and efficient thorough informative.

Was able to be seen quickly. Front desk staff was wonderful. Nurse was great. Issue was addressed with a quick referral. This location is convenient and clean. Would go again.

Reception was great . No wait time. The Doctor was awesome. They answered all my questions.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.
