Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was bitten by mosquito and had an allergic reaction to it. Everyone there was friendly. The PA was very knowledgeable. I have gone here before and would go again if necessary.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
