I love the Cecil B. Moore Mydoc urgent care location so much I will always come to this location the service, the care and so much more is absolutely amazing, to me this location is the meaning of what healthcare should be for patients!

I cut my finger on a knife and was worried that I might need stitches. When I arrived as a walk in I was the only one there. The staff were very friendly and I was taken back in less than 5 minutes. The office was very clean and everyone was very nice and explained things throughly. Overall it was a great experience!

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Physicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Post examination & paperwork was very thorough and explained all necessary steps for a good recovery. P.S. lots of parking! Highly recommended.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Scheduling was easy, bedside manner was top notch, staff friendliness was great, and wait time was about 15 minutes.  I went there for the removal of a splinter. The splinter was removed.  I do wish the bandage was put on so that it didn’t come off so easily in just about 2 hours.  I had to re-bandage.

Was going to schedule an appointment but decided to walk in. Wait was fine and physician assistant was great!  This urgent care is the best in Phoenixville area!

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.
